Broadway Magic Hour X Giveaway Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Broadway Magic Hour X Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Broadway Magic Hour (“Sponsor”), located at 318 W. 53rd St., New York, NY 10019. Broadway Magic Hour is a magic show wholly owned by Broadway Magic Hour LLC, and is not owned by or in partnership with Broadway Comedy Club.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 14, 2026 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on May 21, 2026 at 8:00 AM (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by:

Reposting the giveaway post
Replying to the giveaway post with a comment or emoji

Limit one (1) entry per person/X account.

Use of multiple accounts, automated systems, bots, or fraudulent methods may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

A total of 5 winner(s) will each receive:

One (1) official Broadway Magic Hour T-shirt

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $25 (twenty-five dollars).

Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will occur on or about May 22, 2026.

Potential winner(s) will be notified via X direct message or reply within approximately 1 day following the drawing.

If a selected winner:

cannot be contacted,
fails to respond within 72 hours,
is found ineligible, or
fails to provide requested information,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, X handle, likeness, and submitted comments for promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, X Corp., and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

10. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp.

Participants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to X.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

12. Winners List

To request the name(s) of the winner(s), send an email to:

Requests must be received within 30 days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

13. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
