Oh No! How to Get Tickets to NYC's #1 Family Magic Show](https://broadwaymagichour.com/hubfs/Broadway_Magic_Hour_Family_Magic_Show_Tickets_1200x700.jpg) # What to do if the Broadway Magic Hour is SOLD OUT? Here's how to get tickets... **This popular family magic show sells out almost every weekend. What to do if the date you want to attend is already sold out!** --- We know the frustration! You've discovered the Broadway Magic Hour family friendly magic show in Times Square, and you've got your heart set on attending. You've found the perfect date. The kids are excited... and then... you see the show is SOLD OUT for that particular date! Oh no! Now what? Fear not! You may still be able to snag tickets... Here's the scoop... One thing to recognize is that The Broadway Magic Hour uses several different ticketing vendors to sell tickets to the show. ### Where to Get Broadway Magic Hour Tickets? The #1 simplest and best place to get your Broadway Magic Hour tickets is directly on our website at: [BroadwayMagicHour.com/tickets](https://broadwaymagichour.com/tickets) Yes, you can find our tickets on various other ticketing platforms, but the largest quantity of tickets, and the greatest variety of seating tiers, will always be directly on our website.  It's really that simple! So - if you're on one of the 3rd party platforms and it is saying "SOLD OUT," be sure to hop on over to our website and check to see if any tickets are available directly from us. The show has become very popular and sometimes hard to get tickets for - and if the show is marked "SOLD OUT" on our website, that means no more tickets are available for that particular show.  In that case, you can always email us (broadwaymagichour@gmail.com) and ask to be put on the Waiting List.  When a Broadway Magic Hour show is completely sold out and no tickets are available on our own website, we cannot accept walk-up ticket purchasers on the day of that show.  ### Your best bet for buying tickets to the Broadway Magic Hour: 1\) Because the show sells out so often, we urge families to purchase tickets well ahead of time.  Book your tickets weeks or even months in advance, if you can. 2\) If something comes up and you need to change your ticket date or request a refund - no problem! Just email us and let us know, and we will take care of you. Please try to contact us at least 2 days before the show date, so we can offer the tickets to someone on the waiting list. If you wait until the day of the show it's difficult for us to sell the tickets to another family.  3\) If you can't get tickets to the show date that you want, please keep us in mind for the future. Our show is in its 3rd year of sold-out shows, and we expect to be around for a long time to come. Check back for the next time you're in NYC... We'd love to have you bring your family to the show! ---   ### Where can we check the schedule and buy tickets?
