Seating Information

What types of seating are available, and what's the difference?

The Broadway Magic Hour offers two types of seating:

1. General Admission (Main Room Standard): Most of our seating is General Admission / Main Room Standard. This is what almost all guests choose. It's our classic seating option. You can see and participate in the show from any seat. Note that if you want to sit closer to the stage, plan to arrive a bit early, as seating is first-come first-served. Seating starts 30 minutes to 45 minutes before showtime.  On days when the show is sold out, we tend to start seating 45 minutes before showtime.

2. Premium Seating: Due to popular request, we now reserve a handful of seats that are guaranteed up close to the stage under the term Premium Seating. This allows you to arrive closer to showtime and still sit near the stage. We still advise you to arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime, for your convenience.

If premium seating is sold out for the date that we want to attend, can we still sit near the stage?

Yes, of course! If you arrive early, you can often snag seats near the stage! Public seating starts at 1:30, so arrive by 1:15 if you want the very best chance to sit near the front. Main Room Standard / General Admission seating is first-come, first-served. You will have an amazing time and enjoy the show regardless of where you sit, but we definitely have seats near the stage in General Admission / Main Room Standard.

Will we enjoy the show from any seat in the showroom?

Of course! And our show is the ONLY show in NYC with a 100% money-back guarantee if you're not delighted with your experience. We're so sure that you and your family will have a great time, that if for any reason you do not have the most magical time of your life, email us at broadwaymagichour@gmail.com and we will give you a full refund - no questions asked!

We are aware that the Broadway Comedy Club website says "no refunds," and that is a Broadway Comedy Club standard policy. However, the producers of the Broadway Magic Hour guarantee that you will love your experience with us, so if for any reason you want a refund please email us and we will 100% take care of you!

Do I need to reserve tickets ahead of time online?

Yes. The Broadway Magic Hour often sells out. We highly recommend that you purchase your tickets ahead of time online to avoid being turned away at the door if the show you want to attend sells out. If your plans change, you can always email us before the show date and we can move your tickets to another date if needed.

Who can I reach out to with other questions?
